Keeping people well and out of hospital is fundamental to the smarter and more cost-effective health system which is being delivered at the grass roots through Medicare Locals. An exceptional program of international and national speakers is being developed to examine issues around:

Speakers will examine issues from population health planning, to social determinants of health, best practice partnerships and organisational capacity building, using real world examples of exceptional projects and programs.
